Booking And Reservations
- 01We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, Venmo, and cash for booking your yacht rental. A 50% down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The final 50% will be due the day of your scheduled charter.
- 02Yes, a security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is fully refundable, if the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before departure. However, if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of departure, the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the time slot.
- 03Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the trip will result non-refundable amount. If weather conditions prevent us from safely operating the trip, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund.
- 04Gratuities are not included in the booking price but are always greatly appreciated! A customary tip for excellent service is 15-20% of the total charter price, which can be given in cash or added to your payment method.
- 05Your booking includes the yacht, captain, fuel, and access to all amenities onboard. However, additional costs may include: • Docking fees (if stopping at marinas or beach bars that charge) • Food & beverages (guests should bring their own) • Snorkeling gear rentals (if you do not bring your own)
